Rebecca Madhani

Registered Dietitian

I’ve worked as a registered dietitian in a community hospital for over three years where I provide a variety of services from nutrition education to nutrition support.

I love learning about people and helping them translate nutrition science into realistic and attainable wellness goals.

As a dietitian, I use evidence-based guidelines from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Dietary Guidelines for Americans to provide medical nutrition therapy.

I have experience working with patients that have diabetes, heart disease, chronic kidney disease, cancer, wound care, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, gastrointestinal disease, and nutrition support.

I would love to help you reach your nutrition goals as your personal wellness coach!

Honest Results

Many people fall into the trap of believing fad diets will solve their medical and weight management concerns.

Evidence shows that following a balanced diet tailored to each individual’s lifestyle works best and is the most sustainable way to change dietary habits.

This can still be a challenge and is why it is important to consult a dietitian who follows evidence-based practices that are likely safer for improved health outcomes.

A dietitian will also help teach you the fundamentals of nutrition so that you can gain the skills to plan your diet at the home long term.

Every person is different mentally and physiologically, my aim is to individualize a nutrition care plan tailored to you.
